I have been meaning to write you a thank you letter for all the wonderful service you gave us.

My husband is retired, and we are caring for my 93 year old mother. We needed a special bathroom to accommodate her, and didn't know exactly how to design it.  You not only were a great help with that, but you had the very best subcontractors work on it. Everyone admires the tile work especially that sees it.

All the work done was absolutely top notch, and we are very pleased. My mother is safe in the shower, and there is room for us to bath her easily.  Also I want to thank you for keeping our financial situation in mind, and still having the top professional people here doing a beautiful job.

There was nothing that could have been done better. It was so appreciated that you were here every day to make sure all was going well also.   I would highly recommend you to all my friends without any hesitation.

Dear Monty:

I want to thank you for a job well done on our remodel these past five months. I most
appreciated that you kept to the contract schedule. Your crew and subcontractors showed
up early everyday and you kept the project moving forward at all times. It was nice to
witness a contractor who does what he says he is going to do and follows through with his
promises. I also appreciated your connections within the subcontractor community; both the plumbing
and dry wall crews were courteous and professional, and like your crew supervisor, Jason,
they were understanding of my onsite decision making and change orders.
